I was referred to this office by my pcp for my migraines. Do these people ever answer the phone or return calls/messages left??
By far the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I was seen about a year ago by Courtney Weir, NP and still think about this experience. She told me my tremors were from anxiety, turns out my glucose has been in the 40s and my body was shutting down. I was indeed NOT “anxious.” She was so mad she had to spend one hour with me and made it known the full appointment slot. Courtney is the most unprofessional nurse. Made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I was scolded during my Botox. I had forgotten to let her know I wanted The Botox in my jaw area for my clenching. "Why didn't you tell me in the beginning when I asked" in such a rude demeaning manner. Then, it was - how many headaches are you getting?? And when I had to backtrack because I couldn't remember, she said "well what is it? What is it??? I didn't even have time to reply. This is the best run medical office I've ever been to. Kimberly Eisenbach is the most caring medical professional I see (I'm chronically ill so I see a lot), who not only listens, but truly hears you when you tell her about what you're going through. She has been instrumental in helping me with my chronic migraines and is helping to diagnose my tremor, which has been ignored by other doctors for years.
