My surgery was seculed for February 10th 2017, but today February 9th I was called at 3:00 pm and is was told the the surgery can not take place tomorrow. What is the big deal you my ask ? It pains me to leave a mere 3 stars for this practice, because the doctors and physical therapy team are exceptional! Unfortunately... Your staff can tear your practice to shreds no matter how good of a physician team you have behind you! I have been a patient for about 2 years and was referred by my legal assistant after a terrible car accident. In the beginning everything was GREAT! Dr. Vigdop is truly gifted. She has found the closest thing to a cure for my migraines. She is caring and compassionate. From appt to appt she remembers details and always has her staff follow up on any issues. I am switching insurances but even if I have to pay out of pocket, for Dr. Vigdop I will! She is also up to date on the newest techniques and knows integrative medicine as well. It is worth the drive to Miami just to see her. She also responds immediately to phone calls.
