Let me review individual departments that I interacted with. 1. Tech support: They are top notch. Joe Kozura helped us and he is very knowledgeable. We were able to figure out a few issues very quickly and it saved me a ton with bringing the system online very quickly. 2. Sales team: Very courteous, understood my request and gave us correct quotes on time. Thumbs up. 3. Billing team: No complaints here.
Kevin treated my client and my company like we were trying to rip him off. We were trying to acquire new licenses, because my client was dropping our Managed Services Provider. Everything was fine until payment was due. My client provided the credit card information, but because there was a mix up in email addresses, my client put mine because I am the first point of contact as I set everything up, something went wrong.
