Dr. Evan Kayser is awesome! I compete all around the world in HYROX fitness races, and I see Dr. Evan Kayser for my prep and recovery. I walk out not only feeling better physically, but also mentally - he gave me all the information and exercises I was missing to keep myself healthy for all of my races. He takes a full body approach with dry needling, cupping and soft tissue therapy that really keeps you moving and feeling your best. Dr. Evan Kayser has been a game changer for my lower back, shoulder, and overall strength. After experiencing persistent lower back pressure, I visited my primary doctor and had imaging done, which revealed some degeneration and arthritis.
