The inspection and quote from this company is more extensive and detailed than 2-3 other company’s I quoted from. They provide day to day breakdowns of actionable items and provide a general breakdown costs by the day (ie day 1 mold removal $X.XX, day 2 protective sealer $X.XX, $X amount for dumpster or other services). Love this company. Storm came out and did an initial evaluation of our utility room. Our house is on a slab and the developer inexplicably ran pegboard around half the room all the way down to floor level. The floor level portions got moldy over time...also evidence of mouse infestation. Brian came out and removed the first six inches from the bottom up of the pegboard wall.
