Clean close to home people in office are friendly
From reservations up to the renting process. Both Christian and Shelli were both helpful in my overall experience.
For a company in the business of storing hundreds of different people's personal items, charging additional "Insurance" rent, claiming to be exempt of rodent/insect infestation/damage/destruction because of some verbage in the lease agreement, (Which is nothing but an attempt to fool and dissuade an uniformed person of taking legal action) yet not effectively remedying these issues is extremely devious and irresponsible. I've been renting a couple of storage units from AMS for a couple of years. I'm very pleased with my choice. Shelli, the property manager, is wonderful! She's friendly, communicative and ready to resolve any issue that may arise. I'd chose AMS again and again.
