We have our phones set so that the answering service picks up the call if our staff cannot answer in six rings. Advanced Messaging has been a life saver. My staff is on call 24/7 and were getting calls all hours of the night which was burning them out. I started using AMD about 6 years ago and what a difference. Most folks have no idea they are talking to an answering service and they can hold calls & take messages over night and forward them in the morning or send the caller thru if it is a emergency. My staff was thrilled with the change and it has helped tremendously with retention.
