After waiting months to get into wish and then being cancelled on, advanced medical imaging got me an appointment within three weeks and then got me in even earlier on the cancellation list! The front desk staff was friendly & very accommodating. They made the check in process and first time visitor check in run seamlessly! Mammogram to ultrasound techs were friendly, great and supportive! I had to have further research done and the rest of the staff was just as great. 10/10 would recommend.
I have not had many problems but lately the person who did my procedure was rude and it was very uncomfortable to have her even touch me. I had to return for a second procedure and they called me 30 min before my appointment and said my procedure was cancelled. Almost 2 months later, my new doctor says that there is already a referral for the procedure and my insurance might deny this procedure if he sends another referral. so I called imaging again and they said that the doctor has to send the referral otherwise they won’t ... read more
I had an ultrasound appointment today on my neck. Checking in was quick and I only waited about 5 minutes in the lobby! The ultrasound tech made me super comfortable and was quick! Definitely recommend if you need an ultrasound!

Cat, Dr Drarger, and Chris were great. They were kind and caring. Their bedside manner was superb. They explained everything they were doing to me in a kind way while still being very professional.
