Cat, Dr Drarger, and Chris were great. They were kind and caring. Their bedside manner was superb. They explained everything they were doing to me in a kind way while still being very professional.
Check-in was easy and the wait time was short. Probably the first time in my life that I didn’t have to wait long at a radiology place. The techs were super nice and friendly. Their sister site facility, California Imaging, is the same. They run smoothly.
This started as the worst experience I have had here. I was made to feel bad about wanting an ultrasound of my left underarm lymph node, for which I've had scheduled for 2 months. I have had pain every day in that area and my gyno referred me to get the ultrasound .The techs name is Kathy and she was so demeaning to me. She was also very rough when administering my mammogram. I don't think I will go back.
I had a great 1st experience and a terrible 2nd experience. The front office people are just rude on the phone for no reason. They need better training on how to speak to people.
