They sent my results to the wrong Doctor. And then when i called to ask for them to send it to the correct doctor, the women was very rude and mean. She refused to send it, saying that i had to have my doctor request it. It was an order sent directly from that doctor, how do ypu mess that up. Well, i do lile the imaging tech he is nice. But that women in the main office is very rude and mean for that. She sent it after many phone calls and took a few weeks to send it. That coùld have been a delay in care.
Phones here don't work.
I got a next-day appointment, and had a very short wait time. The receptionist was pleasant and reasonably efficient. The ultrasound technician was very friendly and made the whole experience actually enjoyable
We came here to get crate for my 7 year old and we waited 25 minutes without seeing a single staff member. The office lights were off, I knocked on all the doors. It was as if no one even was working. I would never even try this place again.
Absolute waste of time!!! This place needs to just close down. The machine was broke a month ago…I waited and it’s broke again!!! I wasted my time twice!!! On top of that, they had me arrive 45 min earlier than my appt…trash…
