Good staff, the waiting varies time depending upon the reason for your visit.
I recommend this place to everyone. There’s no competition between AMI and going to the hospital! (Parking alone takes an extra 15 minutes!) Before they were bought by EHMC, a few years ago, they were perfect. For awhile it was a really rough transition and hence, I attribute the worst reviews to that. While the staff and services are great, it is true that getting through on the phone for scheduling can be a big problem. Forget customer service by phone. Every time I called, the wait was at leas 30 minutes. Dont they want me to make an appointment?
