Required me to schedule a second appointment to pick up orthotics and charged for a full visit. They wanted to explain "how they work" and that's just not necessary.

I’ve been going to Dr Yu for years he’s a good doctor I tried scheduling and appointment with him and the receptionist told me they don’t accept Medicaid okay I have Medicare was told I still need to start paying a co pay or I can find another doctor. I will certainly find another doctor smh it’s always about money over someone’s health and wellness which is sad

This office is a violation of HIPAA. A family member walked in for an appointment the receptionist knowingly knew she was not me handed her my bill that included all of my visits all of my treatments, my name, phone number, date of birth, etc., to me that's a violation of HIPAA. I didn't want people to know that I M1 not to let people know my business as far as medical so I have reported them to the federal government. There will be an investigation..

Very good and thorough doctor. My first line of defense. Everyone I know talk very good about him. His office personnel has excellent people skills while been very efficient in all aspects of running an office.
