Made me feel embarrassed for being treated for sleep apnea because “this is the mildest case I have ever treated”. I had missed phone calls made by Julie to check in on my progress and when I called back, Julie did not seem like she wanted to talk; didn’t offer any advice or give the impression that she cared i had trouble adjusting and wanting to tell her my experience thus far. Great way to start off a daunting experience.
Julie and the staff are amazing! They are extremely helpful and very polite. Julie is a wonderful and motivating CPAP coach! I will be recommending to friends and family!
When I made my appointment to pick up my CPAP, I didn't know almost anything about sleep apnea. Juli was so very nice and what's more, she was able to explain what all my metrics meant in a way I could understand. She was knowledgeable and made sure to answer questions I didn't even know I had. She explained in detail how to set up and use the machine and you could tell had years of experience based on how she described which mask fits which personality best. Takes care of my cpap supplies. Great company
Started this journey with alot of dread and anxiety as my Husband was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. We were given an apt with Advanced Med and we met Juli. I can't even begin to tell you how great in every way she was with my Husband who in explaining every detail of the equipment he needed.
