Was referred here by my neurologist some years ago after medication therapy didn't help my ankle pain and peripheral neuropathy. Seemed they were primarily interested in treating it as a lumbar nerve issue in spite of the fact that my chief complaint was ankle pain. Not a real pain clinic. Just terrible and never coming back. {Review is for MAPS Pain Clinic. I now notice the different name above so had to clarify}

Maps is the only known pain clinic(to me and pharmacies at least) in the con rapids area and I couldn't be more disappointed. The only good thing about this place is it's physical therapy program with life time fitness. But my experiences with the doctors are TERRIBLE. ive seen two doctors there both elderly. I'm only 21 as of the time of writing this review and they treat me like I know literally nothing. I don't know everything, but I don't know nothing. The first visit with this MAPS went rather well. I felt like the doctor took a good amount of time assessing my situation and giving an overview of what can help. I was hopeful and pleased upon leaving. My second appointment however, did not go anywhere near as well. The RN who saw me rushed the appointment, ignored concerns I wanted to discuss, did not ask if I had questions about anything and told me that the only help I could get was physical therapy and to stop my current medication (that has helped some) to another that... read more
