I do not recommend.waste of time.
From the outside, the place definitely looks a bit sketchy, and it feels a little outdated overall. They didn’t offer any kind of online check-in or pre registration link which even most urgent cares do now so the check-in process took nearly an hour. The wait time was long too. After the initial intake, I had to go back to the waiting room for another 25 minutes. I went in for a physical as a new patient with Dr. Damato, along with a few other concerns. I was recently cared for by the Advance Medical Group team while admitted at Hackensack University, Medical Center. The nurse practitioners as well as Dr. Roman Prager were outstanding in their communication follow up transparency and desire to make me better. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and addressed all of my concerns. specifically, Dr. Roman visited me twice while I was in the hospital to make sure that his orders were being followed and I was feeling better.
