From the outside, the place definitely looks a bit sketchy, and it feels a little outdated overall. They didn’t offer any kind of online check-in or pre registration link which even most urgent cares do now so the check-in process took nearly an hour. The wait time was long too. After the initial intake, I had to go back to the waiting room for another 25 minutes. I went in for a physical as a new patient with Dr. Damato, along with a few other concerns.
