This is an incompetent clinic. Dr. Joy Bulgerbeck refused to prescribe treatment for a child with a weeklong sinus infection and sent us away with instructions to return if the already terrible sinus pressure got worse. This happened on a long 4th of July weekend. I will never bring my child or any children I am caring for to this clinic again. One stop shop for doctor visits, shots, blood draws, and X-rays. Have been going here for a year now and it's been the best service. The ladies up front are organized and the team in the back is efficient.
went in for a prescription for sinus congestion, not busy at all just 3 in waiting room. Took 40 minutes to get to see the nurse, she did some tests then waited another 30 minutes for the PA to come in, hour and a half in total, not really an urgent care facility so if you want to get in and out this is not the place otherwise its fine.
