Terrible service, poor communication, unresponsive to emails.. my condo is in need of repairs and upkeep they will not help but want to know tenants business.. company is a joke..
i been trying to contact with this company or the owner of the aparment where i move, I am desperate I need to get the lease of the apartment and I do not get an answer

Steve Kramberg is most unprofessional. He could care less about your problem he is being paid for. Does not respond to emails. Be careful of the people he recommends. Worse than him AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
Traveis Perkins manages my building. He has never provided any services and is misleading.
