I live in a villa at Palm Aire @ Sarasota which is part of an HOA that is managed with the assistance of Advanced Management Inc. I am on the association's board and have enjoyed working with Eric Hagar and Lynn Mahoney both of whom are with AMI in their respective positions. Both are extremely knowledgeable of the rules and regs re HOA's and assist the association in multiple ways in helping the Board conduct its responsibility in serving the residents who are part of this association. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! STAY FAR FAR AWAY! But if you do decide to use this company be prepared for the Managing CAM they find for you to let unauthorized indivduals use the Associations manager's email account to sent messages to owners. Expect the CAM to lack oversight over other indivduals employed by your Association. Expect the CAM to ignore owners questions. And then when you complain to the companies President, Mathew D.
