But if you do decide to use this company be prepared for the Managing CAM they find for you to let unauthorized indivduals use the Associations manager's email account to sent messages to owners. Expect the CAM to lack oversight over other indivduals employed by your Association. Expect the CAM to ignore owners questions. And then when you complain to the companies President, Mathew D. Teresa Minafra - rude and unprofessional manager. Terrible community manager. You’re in the service business, start serving.
Very backward policy and poor customer service from their associates. They do not accept a valid bank statement and make baseless claims. Poor communication until google review, after which Mat is very professional and responsive.
Complete incompetence. Shannon Flick apparently can’t read a bank statement and makes baseless claims. She also has ignored requests for her manager’s contact information. Planting a tree this weekend to replace the oxygen she wastes.
