"Smoke and Mirrors Management Company" is a more appropriate name. In my opinion the issues stem from the top of this company heavily influenced by our local board that hired this middleman. I'm also pretty sure any positive reviews are fake to offset the negative ones. There is no effective way to solve issues in any semblance of a timely fashion. I reside in Woodbrook and this management company is extremely incompetent! They are so interconnected with the HOA and don’t care about the current situations in our community. I would not recommend this management company to any community looking for a management company!
