TERRIBLE, 0 stars They have taken money from my bank account without previous communication or approval. A bank account that was provided to pay for the monthly HOA fees, they just serve themselves of others fees with no warning, not caring if you are left with enough balance to pay your monthly bills, etc. The lack of respect for others is paramount, terrible company. We have had so many problems with this HOA and if I could rate it a 0 I would. There is a huge pack of communication. They target our property more than any other house on the block and multiple neighbors agree. They come after us for the smallest things as well as things we cannot control. They send us a violation weekly and we are up to their standards in their book. They charge us extra as well as late fees constantly. They are rude on the phone and take a week to email back. They will be the reason we move.
They are the worst. Our entire neighborhood has been complaining about the new landscape company, it is almost July and there is still no water on at our park! Not only should AMI BE FIRED BUT ALSO TERRA CARE!
We have had the opportunity to be involved with Sharon Sulzle and AMI the past year or so. They are very knowledgeable and dedicated to providing the best service in the industry. You can tell AMI invests in, and deeply cares about, their team members and clients. 6 stars!
All HOA management company’s are terrible, but Advanced Management (AMI) takes the cake for #1 worst. Crooks, professional liars, and just plain ignorant. It’s not a coincidence why Mary Parsons is employed by them she completely fits with that criteria.
