Called them for inshop service for one of my driver, at first they told me rates and everything else about waiting time...Once my driver arrived there they were very rude with him and after that they called me told me that we need to pay them 500$ deposit just to check our truck, the issue was sepernite belt and i told them that at first. I DO NOT recommened this shop to anyone in this are, go somewhere else will be more more better for you and your truck. BIG SHAME for this shop.
This business has a bad rating and I understand why. They were contracted through Penske to help with one of my drivers running out of fuel. Their driver's total time of 2 hours plus the $87 in fuel resulted in an over $600 bill. They charge over $500 labor fee to drive to and from my driver. When I called to request help with this invoice, I spoke to Ashely who was very helpful and said she would speak to the owners about a discount. Please do not use this company. They are not useful at all. The dispatch said his mechanic was 25 minutes away from my truck. In the end the mechanic took 2 horas to get where my driver was. I got a issue with my air brake system the guy who arrive just take a look and said “ you guys try to change a valve so now I can’t do anything just take the truck to the dealer”.
