Low pay and disrespect is abundant. Very little training, management will blame it on your lack of passion instead of putting in the work to teach you the proper process. Absolutely no work/home balance, they treat you like one of the machines. Your personal tools are not safe, tools go missing and lower management will do nothing about it. Would not recommend working here.
