Does not provide the depth of inspection you would hope for in an inspector and missed what should have been obvious problems. Missed needing a new roof, multiple spots of water damage, leveling issues and others. Look elsewhere
Dennis and I worked out what was listed below. Just had to communicate with him. I provided feedback and he and I are satisfied with the outcome. Please look elsewhere for a home inspector. Price was reasonable but the service wasn't what it should be. Things missed: master bedroom door didn't latch, master bathroom door didn't latch, doorbell didn't work, upstairs bathtub draining slowly, lightbulbs missing/burnt out, door stops/stoppers missing. And this is what I have found so far. I had to ask him to check the ARC Fault ... read more

In my opinion this should have been identified during the home inspection. It's a simple check, not sure why it was missed. Also he charges a lot. As a result of this miss during the home inspection it required a plumber installing a PRV (pressure reducing valve) and $$$. Two lessons learned. 1. Simply check the water pressure with a $10 gauge yo... read more
