When two young men knocked on our door last fall and asked if they could inspect our roof for hail damage from the July 2023 hailstorm I have to admit we were on our guard for a possible scam. We weren’t surprised when they reported sufficient damage to warrant an insurance claim. We were surprised when they further said they would look after the entire claim process.
