I have two cornea transplants, Giant cell arteritis and I am being checked for glaucoma. (my nephew is blind from glaucoma). WHY was I assigned to an optician instead of the MD? The optician is great but not qualified to treat these conditions. I tried getting this eye center on the phone for months as our insurance changed January first 2021 NO ONE ANSWERED the phone messages for months. What if one of my cornea transplants had failed?
I had a bad experience in scheduling my appointment but management took quick corrective action. I believe my next appointment will be superb.
Friendly staff and very professional eye Care Service
The staff was very helpful and so nice. The techs and The Doctor were so knowledgeable and kind. They answered all my questions and explained everything in terms I understood. I would definately recommend!
I had an emergency with a diagnosis from my eye doctor and the Centter got me in right away and even schedule additional test the next day. The staff was great and very professional.
