Don't base choosing a doctor off of online reviews! Imagine this.. You go to ANY business and are unsatisfied in anyway. What are you going to do? Well depending on how you deal with your feelings, you can do many things. However, an answer for most unsatisfied people is going to be to let everyone know "not to go their because of how 'horrible' they treated you." LOVE THEM Usually the only time people want to complain is when they don't get what they want to perfection. I know that they call patients to set up appointments because I too work for a PCP & weekly send over referrals for them to call patients to schedule. They are always more than accomodating. Maybe it is laziness on the other doctor's office to not schedule their patient's appointments. Isn't that your job, to help your patient's get scheduled and take care of their referrals.

cataract surgery gone wrong BEWARE! Dr. Kiam performed cataract surgery and treated my eyes incorrectly. I now have worse vision than before I had surgery. I went into vertigo one week later. I was hospitalized for two days went to physical therapy. I lost my job. Vertigo lasted four months. I cannot legal drive at night . Dr. Kian convinced me to purchase the more expensive lense. Excellent Doctor Our entire family goes to Dr. Kian, from cataract surgeries to annual eye exams and we love the service and commitment.

Dontt come here! i work for a family doctor and use to refer to this practice, but recently they called me to tell me they did not have time to call patients to set up appointments, but they had time to call me and tell me this, so if they dont have time to practice basic care for our patient then we wont send them there!

Neutral Though my children receive excellent care from the clinical staff! The intake and billing staff need an advanced training seminar in insurance billing protocol as well as customer service. They continue to screw up the billing to my insurance to the extent I may choose another provider....
