I recently took Geno's advanced journaling class and I couldn't be more grateful that our paths crossed. I've journaled in the past, but his approach to journaling was something completed new and gave me a tremendous amount of insight. I met Geno though a mutual friend when I was having some struggles in life and he suggested I journal. I was skeptical. My wife, our kids, and I all met w Geno and he guided us with his experience and expertise. I'll be frank- you cant just journal for a day and think it's going to make much of a difference. I committed to journaling everyday for 30 days (no word or time minimums) and gosh I'm glad I did because it has helped me in many ways (and my family has another tool to help them with life).

I wasn't expecting how impacful Journaling could be. Geno did an amazing job showing me, my wife, and our sons just how easy and fulfilling it is to integrate into your daily routine, and how it can help with a variety of personal goals.
