Unacceptable Wait Times and Poor Organization I am extremely disappointed with the way this medical center handled patient appointments, especially for a procedure as critical as a colonoscopy. Patients who had been fasting for two days were left waiting for hours without any communication or updates. My husband’s appointment was scheduled for 1:30 PM, yet by that time, even the 10:00 AM patient had not been seen.
