I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Ms. Stephanie Cruz, who canceled my appointment without my consent and refuse to contact the insurance company to request the necessary approval for my procedure, based on incorrect assumptions. I had 2 epidurals by Dr. Kang and his staff they are very professional, courteous and very thorough. I would go back anytime I needed to for evaluation or service.
My dad has been suffering with back pain for over 40 years. At 84, he’s pretty much given up. We met with Dr Kang as a last resort. He’s a very compassionate doctor, listened to my dad’s concerns and answered our questions. Dad began his spinal epidural injections. Got some relief for a few weeks from the first one. Just received the 2nd this week. Hoping for more relief, but regardless, Dr Kang and the whole team at Wayne Surgical are very professional, knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommend!
I was very pleased with all the nurses and staff. Dr. Kang explained everything to me. Everyone did everything they possibly could to ease my anxiety as this was my first epidural.
