So far I have only had a consultation with the doctor. He was very informative and patient with all of my questions. I will update my review after I have my procedure with him.
Dr. Robledo is truly an amazing doctor! Very knowledgeable and thorough. He really cares about his patients! Big shoutout to Cat at the front, he is always nice and helpful.
Every time I took my father to be seen here, we had to wait for over an hour to see the doctor. The icing on the cake was when my father (who has Alzheimer’s) went to an appointment and I called to ask about the plan of pain management going forward. I was told in a very rude manner by Stephanie, that Dr Robledo would need us to schedule another consultation. Then she told me that the caregiver should be at the appointment. We had a wonderful and professional experience with Dr. Robledo and his team at Advanced Interventional Pain Consultants earlier this week. Dr. Robledo was exceptional, and the medical assistant who helped us was highly professional and treated my mother with tremendous care. Unfortunately, the positive experience ended at the checkout desk. The male staff member was unprofessional, rude, and displayed a noticeable lack of interest in providing adequate customer service.
