I have only been going to this clinic for roughly 6 months and so far I have nothing but good things to say. Dr Vivian Virella Guzman Internal Medicine has been such a wonderful doctor to me. She really listens to my concerns and addresses them promptly. She is also efficient. Most doctors never call you back but she always does and it’s in such a timely manner. She goes above and beyond. Fui por primera vez. Les llevé todos los informes medicos, pruebas y laboratorios, en fin un expediente de mis condiciones. El Dr. Alexis Hernandez se tomó su tiempo para analizarlos. La recepcionista y las 2 chicas que me atendieron fueron todos muy amables. Quede encantada.
No comparto su politica administrativa. Si pierdes una cita, asi les informes por cualquier medio (en mi caso fui personalmente porque vivo a 3 minutos de la oficina) para cancelarla, igual te mandan un bill por "No Show Visit"...
Dr Virella puts you at ease and is easy to talk to. I would highly recommend. Very nice staff also.
