Amazing adjustment by Dr. Pallotti. He is heaven sent. The the hand behind my back, trick was chef's kiss. He's really down to earth and teaches as he goes his adjustment was quick and very effective. Definitely following his youtube and scheduling an appointment. Great bedside manner. I went before to another chiropractor and it just felt like I was rushed and they didn't offer many tips but this guy......top tier educator and professional. I will definitely be seeking him out again for sure.
