I called Scott at 9:45am with an emergency to replace my hot water heater and he and his crew were done install and out my door at 2pm the same day....talk about great service! I will now use A.I.M.S. for all HVAC work needed at my home. Highly recommend.
Can not say enough good about this hometown company, we have used for years. Scott & his assistant Tracie could not be a better team. They gave us the by far best estimate from 4 other companies, for installing a heat pump to my husbands garage, making him very happy with his now year round tinker space. The technician was here very quickly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within an hour. These guys are great, and I highly recommend them!
I used A.I.M.S. 2x over the past 2 years for AC repair & replacement. Most recently my 10 year old water heater went bad and had to be replaced as well. They had a team available by chance, the same day I contacted them to assess what was wrong. I had a qoute on the work by text very quickly. They had all the work completed by 2:30pm the same day.
