They have insured 2 homes through this office e including wind, jail and storm. I could not get insurance through my previous insurance except through the stAte and that was in addition to regular homeowners. I would have had to charge higher rent prices than marketed for areas. I rated a 4 because I have not filed a claim yet. They are very friendly and give you several options on different agencies and coverages. I would give them an excellent in working with you and follow up when there are questions , etc
