I had an outstanding experience here. Amanda was welcoming and accommodating in setting up my first appointment. Jessica took plenty of time to explain the results of a hearing test I had gotten elsewhere and she was super responsive to all my concerns. I trust her recommendations and look forward to receiving further services here. They even found an insurance benefit I didn’t know I had which will reduce the cost of my hearing aids. I couldn’t be happier with this office. They are genuinely nice people!
Amanda made an easy, streamlined and pleasant experience out of the big hurdle Mom faced getting her hearing aid needs met! Mom is thrilled that Jessica came to her home to perform hearing tests and identify what type of hearing aids Mom needs! Mom is excited to know that in only two weeks she will have functional hearing aids AND a TV Streamer bringing the TV sound directly to her hearing aids!
