The woman I spoke with at the window became very agitated and short tempered when asked simple fair questioning. Proceeded to not answer questions that were asked. Made me sign legal documents that the vehicle was in the same condition as when picked up before viewing the vehicle, and was forcefully denied the right to see said vehicle before signing.
