Staff was rude, appointment was at 9am (when they opened) and we weren’t even spoken to until 9:30. The one person there gave us dirty looks and was angry we were even there. I was there with a veteran and she treated him HORRIBLE! I can’t believe the VA works with these people. She told us at 9:45 the doctor was running late and wasn’t even in the building. There’s no way this place is 5 stars.
I have been coming to this place since my car accident and it has been amazing!..The staff Stephaine and Jose is very police and professional. Barely any waiting time! Dr. Robert’s know exactly what she’s doing.
