I discovered his rates is more expensive than dealership service center. I frequently come to this shop without knowing I am being ripped off. The parts I was priced is twice the prices online. I lost my trust to this mechanic.Other shop in the building is much reliable and cheaper rates.The opposite shop is cheaper own by Vietnamese who gave me 50% off for fixing my suspension and brakes.

First of all, based on our records and costumer list, you were never our costumer and we don’t know you at all. Secondly we don’t charge more than the dealerships but rather we have equal if not better quality of job because we are dealer trained technicians. Also we use original equipment manufacturers parts( if you know what kind of parts are this) and not using parts from online and who knows the quality of it and no warranty.
