Repair Tech Knows His stuff! – I bought my copier somewhere else, only to find that the repair department didn't really know how to fix the machine - I am not kidding, they had to call headquarters out of state to find out how to fix dirty copies! This is NOT a problem at Advanced Imaging. The repair tech gave me a history of the company & explained how my copier was put together. As if I could understand how a copier works! Thanks Guys!
