We use advanced imaging solutions at grant county and their service is excellent. Our technician Al is very promptly and takes care of all our copier/printer issues. Definitely would recommend to any business or local government facility reach out to advanced imaging to have them to see what they can do for your printer and copier fleet.

Excellent service and response time. The technician calls very quickly after receiving my call and gives me an ETA. Our Technician, Al, is very kind and helpful, giving us tips from time to time. We also appreciate how easy it is to order supplies and we receive them quickly.

Switched to Advanced Imaging 3 years ago and they have been fantastic! Called them this morning at 9am and the service tech was here within 30 minutes. Back up and running within an hour of my initial phone call. The office people, service tech and sales rep are all very professional and great to work with. There is a mutual respect between our companies and I love it!
