Wonderful place, always helpful and kind. Short wait times
Terrible experience! I was scheduled for an ultrasound for an issue that was discovered by my ob/gyn. AFTER I filled out all of the paperwork, I was told that they don’t accept my insurance and that I’ll have to pay out of pocket. This should have all been verified before the appointment instead of wasting my time! Very disappointed!!
Great place, nice staff, very nice office
They called me the day before my appointment. I answered and I could not hear anyone. I have bad signal at home. I tried calling back and could not reach anyone. I honestly thought it was a appointment reminder. So, today I had a 6 months check up on an abnormality. I get in there and they said I could not be seen because insurance had go not paid. I needed to call billing. I called billing and I told the insurance had been contacted the week before. They wanted a reference number and name. I did not have it. I said I will c... read more
