Brought my mom for an MRI. They had all of her insurance info, she forgot her card, had to drive back to get it just so they can take a pic of it. Silly policy. Sure, lobby is fantastic and coffee was great. Mom walks out of MRI room completely red and balling from severe pain, torture. How about investing in an open MRI machine. I'd rather have that for your patients than a fancy coffee pot and expensive lobby.
