My visit to Advanced Imaging SE Ocala office last week was very pleasant. I love the fact that they value your time and don’t keep you waiting unnecessarily like many doctors offices. Lisa McGuire, the admin supervisor, is the best! She took the time to help me with my x-ray results. Atsy assisted me the last three times I was there and she has been very polite, professional, and always greets me with a smile.. The technician was very attentive and thorough. Fast & courteous service. Too cold for me. However in Florida that is never a drawback. The staff were very attentive and friendly. I spent a relatively short time in the waiting room. The office is clean. There are plenty of seats. Being there for medical testing was a most -pleasant experience.
My daughter fell here..she has since left me..but they were quick to help after waiting too long, but probably because they didn't want a lawsuit. I should have taken my daughter to the ERROR afterwards though ..I personally am waiting for an MRI that they said they'd follow up on today. Let's see.
Staff are good & accommodating! Although like every other medical professionals it's all about the bottom line and their customer service, "I'll be nice" (NEEDS TO GET IT THROUGH THEIR THICK EMPTY IDIOT BOX) Their only job and the person who pays them is THEIR CLIENTS AND THEY'RE THE ONLY ONES WHO COUNT NOT THEIR IDIOTIC BOSSES THAT COULDN'T CATCH A CLUE IF YOU USED A BASEBALL BAT & HIT THEM UP SIDE THEIR IDIOT BOX, MONEY GRUBBING, CORNER CUTTING, AT THE COST OF THE ONLY REASON FOR THEIR BUSINESS; YOU ME AND ANYONE WHO NEEDS... read more
