Instead of just sending a bill that i wasn’t expecting, I wish advanced imaging would have contacted me personally to let me know the debit card I used didn’t accept the charge. It could have been paid more timely with less frustration for me. Personal contact is very important!
Could not get appointment and insurance approval for nearly a month. The deductible was absurd. Not only do we need Medicare for all, but for profit medicine has been a complete failure.
8/2025 Wow the decline, so heartbreaking. This has been my go to place, but the administrative situation is scary. I paid my bill upon receipt. The check cleared the bank 7/22/25. Yesterday (8/27) I get another letter/bill from them, "This is our final effort to collect on your past due balance...will be turned over to collections."
