This facility is very fraudulent and I think I need to get a lawyer to sue them. I was told my insurance company does cover the scan and I have to pay out of pocket, i was given a bill at the facility for the ultrasound scan I did and I paid everything I was been charged to pay out of pocket that same day with my credit card. Few weeks later I keep getting an outrageous bill in my mail after I have made payment that day.This is fraudulent and unacceptable.
If you call, use the scheduling number one for general questions. No zero option. When I called, the first person in billing was hard to understand and didn't seem to get my request. After a long hold, she directed me back to main number! Tried scheduling this time. Danae seemed inconvenienced. She processed my request and hung up on me quick. I went in for an HSG test/procedure at Advanced Imaging and was horribly nervous after hearing it could be a pretty painful/uncomfortable procedure. Dr. Berst and the radiological tech that assisted him were both SO sweet and patient in making sure I was comfortable and aware of what was happening the whole time. I couldn’t recommend both of them enough — it’s rare to find providers who show as much genuine concern and empathy when working with patients as these two did.

HORRIBLE place!! Sent me to bill collections but had never sent me a bill. I even called the hospital to find out who performed the radiology services and they didn't know but guaranteed that I would get a bill. I never received a bill and now it is bill collections. Horrible way to conduct business. DON'T USE this company
