Excellent work with AC installation We have used Advanced HVAC for years to perform annual maintenance on our furnace and air conditioner. They were our first thought when it was time to replace the AC. We had a great experience with Owen who took the time to explain the estimate. Afterwards, Derek and his team performed the installation. They were timely, friendly and explained everything well. It's clear that they love their job. I would highly recommend working with them.
Excellent Service Advanced Hvac was the ONLY company that picked up the phone when I called their 24 hour emergency service at midnight. Other companies had an automatic hold with endless music playing while I waited or the choice of having a technician arrive in the morning. New central a/c Advanced HVAC provided excellent service. The quote for a new a/c involved taking the time to do careful measurements and inspection of my home to suggest the right a/c options for me. Karl went above and beyond suggesting ways to keep my home cooler while I waited for my new a/c. The installation was quick and properly done. The guys were careful to clean up after their work. Also everyone followed good COVID safety protocols.
New Water Heater Had my electric water heater replaced by Advanced HVAC a few days before Christmas this past December. My old Reliance water heater caught fire in the middle of the night. Advanced came in next day to replace the tank, modified some water pipes and the electrical so that it was safer. The technician was professional, helpful, and very efficient, we had hot water within less than an hour! Highly recommend Advanced HVAC and will use this company again!
They fixed what they said they would fix. They diagnosed the problem and ordered parts. When the parts arrived, they were installed and more tests were run, Another part was ordered. It arrived a couple days later and was installed.

Furnace Karl was so helpful from consultation through install. He seemed very experienced. He definitely knew what he was talking about! I was very overwhelmed by the prospect of buying a new furnace but he made it easy and spoke to me in laymen’s terms. Gus was fantastic and did a great and thorough job installing my furnace. Karl registered my warranty right away and checked in a week later to make sure everything went smoothly. Really great experience overall!

Installation of A/C and furnace (July 2018) and maintenance of A/C and furnace (Fall 2019) I was very impressed with the open communication, integrity and service provided by the company. The workers were friendly, communicative and respectful of my property. They were also punctual and finished earlier than expected. Very satisfied with this company - I have even recommended them to a colleague whose furnace stopped working unexpectedly...and she was also quite impressed!

Annual Furnac & AC Inspection/clenaing We just had our furnace and AC inspection done by Nick. He is a real credit to Advanced HVAC -- you are lucky to have him. He is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He readily answered all of our questions and concerns. It is a pleasure to have him come to our home every year.

Excellent work and professionalism I shopped around and I call Advanced. I spoke to Kevin who was so helpful throughout the work period. I was given a fair estimate by David Laplante, part owner. The amount was under everything I had been told before. The work lead was Jeff Leach. Jeff worked well and he was very meticulous in the way he approached his work.
