Homeowner Tom installed siding on my home. Tom installed the product incorrectly. Tom came back once to do repair work, and the repair work was done wrong. Tom said he would come out in the summer of 2009 to replace the bad boards. Well Tom was a no show that summer. Tom I'm still waiting.
