This company is so out of touch with patients. I have a portable unit that weighs 5.6 lbs and uses a cigarette lighter charger. As a 77 year old woman, this weight is too much for me to carry around. Not to mention the large size. And cars and such support USB chargers now. When I called the company, Laura explained...there is nothing newer. They are at the mercy of their corporate buyers, who definitely do not care about the patients. Do these buyers have any elderly relatives? I would not recommend this company to anyone!

What is going on with this company? You are a disgrace and a disservice to patient's who are relying on you! I have to keep calling my doctor to have them resend a Physician approved script. Either your fax machine is broken or something? How is it possible that I can receive and order from your company then you have no record of it? Your customer service rep's are terrible, they pretend to help you and send you back into the call queue. This company is disgusting!! Your rating should be zero!! I’ve had CPAP for several years my insurance United h c and Medicare payed for this never out of pocket. This company sent me an email to replace equipment which I always just reorder no problem. Now they send me an invoice. I called them the lady said it was an error in the billing as they didn’t have my Medicare number it wasn’t on file but she would add this and not to pay anything. Just got another invoice called back couldn’t understand what he was saying he kept interrupting me and wouldn’t shut up. I told him I’m send... read more

Got an email saying I could reorder CPAP supplies and insurance would cover it. So I ordered. 3 months later got an invoice for $300, called customer service and they said “oops insurance doesn’t cover it 🤷🏻‍♂️ “ terrible
