What is going on with this company? You are a disgrace and a disservice to patient's who are relying on you! I have to keep calling my doctor to have them resend a Physician approved script. Either your fax machine is broken or something? How is it possible that I can receive and order from your company then you have no record of it? I’ve had CPAP for several years my insurance United h c and Medicare payed for this never out of pocket. This company sent me an email to replace equipment which I always just reorder no problem. Now they send me an invoice. I called them the lady said it was an error in the billing as they didn’t have my Medicare number it wasn’t on file but she would add this and not to pay anything. Got an email saying I could reorder CPAP supplies and insurance would cover it. So I ordered. 3 months later got an invoice for $300, called customer service and they said “oops insurance doesn’t cover it 🤷🏻♂️ “ terrible
They were the providers of oxygen to my late husband (you can see label on tanks) but now that he has passed I can't get them to come pick up his unused oxygen. I've made SEVERAL phone calls and been td by SEVERAL people someone would 1.call or 2.pick them up. Nothing. So if my garage explodes I do intend to sue them!!!
