Jack was a true professional and recommended to me the type of home inspection that would best suit my needs. He invested nearly three hours in the process and inspected roof, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical as well as key aspects of the exterior of my home - even the dock! No common sense! Jack Wingo has no common sense! He is extremely picky with tiny unimportant and ridiculous things, while he overlooks other things with potential problems. He is not friendly, very old (he is not up to date with new construction technologies and features!) and borderline rude. Not recommended!
Best Home Inspector in Melbourne Beach! If he hangs up on you, you probably deserved it!
