Contracted to complete in 11 months, total completion time 20 months. Most if not all the commit dates for different phases were not met when promised and the work completed was barely satisfactory. Only commitment dates they cared about were payment deadlines. When they came in for minor repairs they had to paint a few things and I ended up with paint on my new sofa and new floors.
