I have had a very unpleasant experience with Advanced Homecare. I have reached out to connect and they have sent numerous teams links only to waste my time and never get on the calls. The lack of professionalism is a huge issue for me.

My mother, Annis, was under the care of Advanced Home Health for several months. We had several nurses and they were all very good, but mom passed away under the care of Mac. He was excellent and on top of everything!!! He knew what was happening to a T and advised us so we knew exactly what to do and mom absolutely loved him, as did we all. We told him he should study to be a doctor!! We also ended with nurse Lori who was on call the day mom fell and also the day she passed away at the age of 102!! We have used Advsnced Home Health Care twice in the past year and have been very happy with the service they provide and the professionals that are part of their team. We had an issue with one nurse and when I called the Clinical Director to discuss, she e Resolved the issue extremely quick which I appreciated. My husband’s Physical Therapist, Luis was great, he worked with my husband the longest and he showed great professionalism and empathy while providing great care.
