Worst agency ever. Absolute scam. They called me and asked if I was available for a case, and I said yes. We later communicated through text, and the coordinator gave me the address, patient information, and everything else I needed. I texted the coordinator multiple times asking how to clock in because they never put me on the HHA app or gave me any instructions. This agency is very rude and unprofessional. Whatever you do, do not go here. For services, truly unprofessional.
They are very rude and disrespectful and some lady name ayana talks to people over the phone with no respect or professionalism and just out right is not a nice person that I would never consider working for these people it's just a sad thing For a supervisor to conduct there self like that...ayana is a very rude and disrespectful...person to work for.
Stay away from this company toxicity. I was interviewed by Yana for the CDPAP Coordinator position and it was the worst interview I ever been to, I sincerly regretted bc i payed a cab to get there and it was rain poring, just to be on time and responsible but they don't care about none of that. As soon as you step in the office, you feel the stress and discomfortable and the unwelcoming environment.
