Honestly the most unhelpful and uncaring company we have ever worked with at a time when home medical assistance is needed the most. On the first day home from the hospital, it was a massive run-around to have necessary supplies delivered. That was just the start of the hassles faced when dealing with representatives from Advanced Home Care. Be prepared to get doctor's notes for everything needed. Such deplorable customer service when a loved one is ill. Hope we never need to deal with them again.

I took my Mother to this office because of problems she was having with her CPAP. The person who spoke with us was very unhelpful, uncaring and overall a poor representation of customer service. I really don't want to ever have to work with this individual again. I know there must be other placed in Charlotte that provide this equipment and I plan to search them out. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Would NOT recommend – Ask someone who has used home health what to expect before accepting any company to provide care for a loved one...especially if you are going to depend on a caregiver over the weekend. I would not recommend this group for home care.
